Financing both companies and real estate, rests upon the foundation of its senior management team. Collectively, the eight senior staff have engaged in more than 250 projects totaling over $11.9 billion in total project costs. While at SDS, the team’s collective track record is 90 investments, $3.1 billion of total projects costs, and $860 million of SDS managed capital invested.
